What is Live Chat?

Live Chat is a service that allows the Domain Central support team to communicate directly with you from our website. You don't need any software, just click on the Live Help image link in the left panel and start chatting immediately.

No need for phone calls and writing down instructions, with Live Chat you have a written record that you can reference at any time.

Refund Policy

* If an application for a domain is not accepted we will refund your credit card in full.
* If an application for a domain is cancelled according to the cancellation policy, we will refund your credit card in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24-hours of submitting the order and must be made in writing and faxed +61 3 8080 1623, or emailed (you MUST include the username and password), or posted to our office (address below).

Only legitimate business claims will be accepted.

If the domain is immediately re-registered with another registrar after the cancellation a refund will NOT be applicable.

We will refund your credit card in full only under these circumstances.

NB: Email cancellations MUST include the account username and password.

Registration Confirmations

A registration confirmation email will be sent to the listed email contact once the order has been successfully completed.

Domain Registration Certificates

A Domain Registration Certificate will be sent to the listed email contact once the domain has been successfully registered. Only .au domains receive certificates.

NB: We can only issue .au certificates for domains registered by us.
