Yes. 30 days on hosting plans. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and Microsoft licences are non-refundable once issued, because they are paid to the registry or vendor at the point of order.

Can I use my own domain name with your hosting?

Yes, you can use your own domain name with our hosting service. If you don’t have one yet, you can register a new domain through us.

Can I create a staging site before putting my site live?





Yes. WP Toolkit creates a staging copy in one click. Test changes there, then push them live when you are happy.

Will you move my existing WordPress site over for free?





Yes. Order a plan, then raise a migration request with your current host's login details. Once we have everything we need and you confirm you are ready, we typically complete the migration overnight or at another agreed time.

What do WP Toolkit, Extendify Launch AI and Imunify360 actually do?





WP Toolkit handles updates, staging sites and clones from one screen. Extendify Launch AI builds a starter site from a few questions about your business. Imunify360 scans for malware and blocks attacks before they reach WordPress.

How often are backups taken and how far back can I restore?





We take daily backups and retain them for seven days. Weekly backups are retained for four weeks, and monthly backups are retained for six months.

What does 100%, 200% or 400% CPU priority mean?





It is your share of a server core. 100% means one full core, 400% means four. More CPU means your site handles more visitors at once without slowing down. A brochure site is fine on Starter. A busy WooCommerce store wants Business or Deluxe.

Is the free .au domain really free?





The first year's registration fee is covered on annual plans, and you must meet the auDA eligibility rules for the extension you choose. The domain renews at the standard price in year two.
