How do I choose the right hosting plan for my website?

Can I register a new domain with my web hosting ?
Yes. You can register a new domain or transfer an existing one during checkout. Annual WordPress plans include a free .au domain for the first year, subject to auDA eligibility.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan later?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan at any time as your website grows or your needs change. Our flexible options ensure you can adjust without hassle.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. 30 days on hosting plans. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and Microsoft licences are non-refundable once issued, because they are paid to the registry or vendor at the point of order.
How do I transfer my existing website to your hosting?
We migrate it for you at no charge. Order your plan, then raise a migration request in your client area with your current host's login details. Once we have everything we need and you confirm you are ready, we typically complete the migration overnight or at another agreed time.

Is email included with hosting?
Email inclusion depends on the hosting product. WordPress Hosting does not include email, so you can add Titan Mail or Microsoft 365.

What happens if I go over my storage or bandwidth?
We send multiple warnings as you approach your storage or bandwidth limit. If you exceed the limit, your hosting is automatically suspended. Contact us to discuss an upgrade or free up space so the service can be restored.
