Which plan should I get if I need email functionality?
Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium licences all come with 50GB email hosting and allow you to use your own custom domain for a personalised email address.
What collaboration tools are available?
Both Business Basic and Business Standard and Business Premium include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, enabling seamless collaboration and file sharing.
How do I choose between Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium?
Consider your organisation’s needs: Business Basic for essential online tools, Business Standard for full Office applications and collaboration, and Business Premium if you do require more Security tools and features.
Can I buy a single licence?
Yes. There is no minimum. Add more seats from your client area as you hire.
Can you move our existing Microsoft 365 across to Domain Central?
Please open up a support ticket with your migration request. We need to decide on a case-to-case basis.
Am I locked into a contract?
You are not locked into an annual contract. Our Microsoft 365 licences use monthly commitments, even when you choose annual pricing.
Do I keep my existing email address?
Yes. Microsoft 365 runs on your own domain, so the addresses stay the same. We add the DNS records and migrate your existing mail across.
