- There is no separate redemption period.
- Renewals run in 1 year increments.
- If the domain is not renewed, it is released after the grace period ends.
You can transfer an existing .events domain to Domain Central from another provider.
- You need the authorisation (EPP) code from your current registrar and the domain must be unlocked.
- A domain cannot be transferred within 60 days of its registration or of a previous transfer.
- Transfers usually take 5 to 7 days to complete.
- A successful transfer adds one year to the registration term.
You can change the registrant of your .events domain through the registrar.
- Changing the registrant does not change the expiry date.
- The term stays the same when the owner changes.
