.rocks
The registry supports DNSSEC, which helps protect your domain against tampering with its DNS records. Domain names can be between 2 and 63 characters long, and internationalised names are allowed. Registrations run for a minimum of 1 year and can be renewed in 1 year steps, so you can choose the term that suits your plans.
A .rocks domain is a good choice if your brand is energetic, music-led or built around events and style. Before you register, check that the name you want is available and that you are happy with the renewal and transfer rules described below.
Registration is open to anyone, and there are no local presence requirements for this extension.
- Anyone worldwide can register a .rocks domain.
- Your contact details must be accurate and kept current at all times.
- Names must be between 2 and 63 characters long.

- There is no separate redemption period.
- If the domain is not renewed, it is released afterwards and becomes available to others.

- You need the authorisation (EPP) code from your current provider, and the domain must be unlocked.
- Transfers usually take 5 to 7 days to complete.
- A domain cannot be transferred within 60 days of its registration or of a previous transfer.
You can change the registrant of your .rocks domain through your registrar.
- The change is made through the registrar and does not alter the expiry date.
