Yes! Domain, website hosting, website builder, professional email, security certificate, and support. You don’t need anything else to launch. As you grow, you can add features like e-commerce, more email addresses, or upgraded hosting.

I'm not technical. Can I really do this myself?

Absolutely. Our website builder is designed for people with no technical background. If you can use Microsoft Word or send an email, you can build your website. We also have video guides for every step and 24/7 support if you get stuck.

What if my preferred domain name is already taken?

We’ll check availability during signup and suggest alternatives if your first choice isn’t available. Often adding “services,” “solutions,” or your city name works well (e.g., smithplumbing.au or smithplumbingsydney.au).

Can I use my own WordPress theme instead of the builder?

Yes. You receive a standard WordPress site and can use any WordPress theme you want. You do not have to use SiteAssistant.

How does the bundle compare to buying the parts separately?

The bundle puts hosting, email and your .au domain under one account and one bill. Buying equivalent services separately may mean different providers and logins. The exact saving depends on the email option and domain you choose.

Can I bring my existing domain from another registrar?

Yes. Transferring a .au domain is free. Some global extensions such as .com add a one-year renewal to the transfer, which is added to your existing registration period rather than lost.

What's the difference between .au, .com.au, and .net.au?

All are Australian domains. .au is newer and shorter and doesn’t require you to have an ABN or ACN (just a verified Australian Presence). .com.au is traditional (established trust). .net.au is an alternative if your preferred name is taken. What happens after the first year?

Starter Bundle renews at $269/year and Pro Bundle at $409/year. You’ll get renewal reminders well in advance. You can cancel before renewal if you choose (though we hope you’ll love it and stay!). No long-term contracts required.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro Bundle later?

What happens to my website and domain if I cancel?

The bundle is an ordering package rather than one ongoing product. Hosting, email and the domain are provisioned separately, and each service renews individually at its standard price after the first year.

We perform daily automatic backups of all websites. Your data is safe and can be restored if anything goes wrong. We also provide tools for you to create your own backups anytime.
