Step-by-Step Setup #
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Scroll down and tap Accounts or Passwords & Accounts (depending on your Android version).
- Select Add Account > Email.
- Enter your full email address (e.g. user@yourdomain.com) and tap Manual Setup.
- Choose IMAP as the account type (recommended).
- Enter your incoming mail server settings as shown above, then tap Next.
- Enter your outgoing mail server settings, ensuring authentication is enabled, then tap Next.
- Choose your sync frequency and notification preferences.
- Tap Next or Done to finish setup.
Important Notes #
- We strongly recommend using IMAP instead of POP, as IMAP keeps your messages in sync across all devices.
- Always enable SSL/TLS for better security and to ensure encrypted connections.
- Your username should always be your full email address (e.g. user@yourdomain.com).
Once configured, your email will begin syncing automatically. You can now send and receive emails using your Android device.
