How to purchase additional resources for your SmarterMail account

  1. Login to your Client Area account
  2. Go to Services >> My Services
  3. Click on the green Active next to the Smartermail Hosting plan you would like to make changes to
  4. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Upgrade/Downgrade Options from the Actions panel
  5. From here, you can make changes to the additional resources for your Smartermail Hosting. The options you have are:
    Mailboxes – Number of additional mailboxes/email accounts
    Storage – Additional disk space for your hosting plan
    SMTP Capacity – Additional emails/messages per hour that can be sent via SMTP
    Active Sync – Number of Active Sync licences (per mailbox)

    To increase/decrease any of these resources, simply increase/decrease the number in the text field next to that resource.
    E.g. If you want to increase your Storage by 3, increase the number in the text field by 3
    0 > 3
    2 > 5
    If you want to decrease your Storage by 3, decrease the number in the text field by 3
    3 > 0
    5 > 2 

  6. Once you have made all the changes to your Smartermail Hosting, click on the Click to Continue >> button
  7. Follow the prompts to finalise your order.
